Torre Costanera receives prestigious International Award
Santiago, October 2013.- Torre Costanera is now internationally recognized for its design and architecture. Pelli Clarke Architects, the North American architectural firm in charge of the project, has been honored with two awards in the regional competition of the International Property Awards, winning in the categories of High Rises Architecture and Office Architecture.
With these recognitions, Torre Costanera has entered the grand world final to be held on December 6th in London, England, where the winners of each category will receive the International Property Awards. In the competition, the project will compete with the winning constructions from other regions such as Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the United Kingdom.
The International Property Awards, an accolade given since 1995, is internationally recognized and stands as one of the most prestigious awards for residential and commercial constructions. A jury composed of high-level experts identifies and analyzes the most significant construction projects worldwide. The awards are presented in categories such as Architecture, Project Development, Interior Design, and Real Estate.

The panel of judges will consist of approximately 70 distinguished professionals, including Andrew Panting (Operations Director of the British Property Federation), Peter Bolton King (Global Residential Director of RICS; Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors), and Christian Morris (Director/Owner of the architectural firm Yotomo Ltda.).
With this nomination, Torre Costanera becomes an iconic and cutting-edge engineering masterpiece that stands alongside the great international constructions.
