Paris strengthens 24-hour deliveries ahead of Mother's Day

There are already more than 30,000 products available for purchase on the Paris website that can be received within a maximum of 24 business hours in the Fifth, Sixth, and Metropolitan regions, thanks to their express delivery service. For Mother's Day purchases, customers will be able to organize their shopping and access this service in more than 20 categories, including clothing, technology, perfumes, sports, footwear, and more.

Wanting to gift a pair of shoes or a treadmill and having them arrive in approximately 24 hours will be a reality for this Mother's Day, thanks to Paris' "24 Hours" service. This is a cutting-edge initiative in Chilean retail and, to pamper mothers this week, it will provide a solution with fast delivery of large products such as bicycles or elliptical machines, as well as stoves, washing machines, and other appliances, in addition to the already classic categories of clothing, footwear, technology, sports, and more.

Currently, there are more than 30,000 products labeled with the "24 Hours" seal on Paris.cl, which belong to categories such as men's and women's clothing, cell phones, sports, beauty and perfumes, appliances, household items, children's products, footwear, toys, and white goods.

"For today's consumers, home delivery is no longer enough; what is increasingly important is the speed and accuracy of the shipment, which directly influences their decision-making process. That's why at Paris, we developed the 24-hour delivery service, which has solved an important and recurring problem of online shopping. To date, with this service, we have delivered over 160,000 products in the communes of the Metropolitan Region, as well as the Fifth and Sixth regions," says Adolfo Lira, Operations Manager of Paris.cl.

How does it work?
To qualify for these fast deliveries, the purchase must be made before 8:00 PM. That way, it will arrive at the consumer's address within 24 business hours. Although currently available in the Metropolitan, Fifth, and Sixth regions, the goal is to expand to more regions and further increase the product assortment by the second quarter of 2021.
