Through this communication, we would like to inform you that after 13 years with the company, Eulogio Guzmán, Corporate People Manager, has decided to embark on new professional paths and challenges. We want to express our gratitude to Eulogio for his valuable contribution, professionalism, and dedication over these years, especially during his recent period in the strategic role of the People team at the regional level, where he oversaw Cencosud's talent comprehensively and supported the organization's strategic decision-making.

Replacing him, Luis Bernardo Silva will join Cencosud as Corporate People Manager, starting on September 20.

Luis Bernardo, a Colombian national, holds a degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with a specialization in Finance from Universidad del Rosario, Colombia. He has a Master of Science in Human Resources from the London School of Economics and an Executive MBA from the University of Quebec in Montreal, among other relevant studies.

He brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management, leading teams, change processes, cultural transformation, and corporate projects in renowned multinational companies in the telecommunications, services, and hydrocarbon sectors.

We extend a warm welcome to Luis to our great Cencosud team and wish Eulogio every success in his new endeavors.
