Market Information - Share Transfer

Santiago, December 19, 2013.- Cencosud S.A. hereby informs that on December 18 of the current year, the transfer of 16,850 shares of Cencosud Tiendas S.A. has been formalized from Bow Inversiones Limitada (formerly Johnson's Inversiones S.A.) to Cencosud S.A.

This transfer has been carried out as a result of the exercise of the right conferred to Bow Inversiones Limitada, under the Stock Purchase Option Agreement entered into between the parties, through a private instrument dated December 20, 2011.

With this transaction, 100% of the shares of Cencosud Tiendas S.A. have been transferred to Cencosud S.A.
