Through this note, we are pleased to announce that Sebastián Conde will be joining our company as Corporate HR Manager, effective from March 1, 2019.

Sebastián holds a degree in Economics with a specialization in Public Policy, a Master's in Public Affairs, and a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University, USA. He has had an extensive career in leading multinational companies. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Chilean Liquefied Gas Association, Secretary of the Board of Antofagasta Minerals, and Academic Director of the Organizational Engineering Center at the University of Chile. Previously, he held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Codelco, Corporate HR Manager at Cencosud, and had a significant career at Exxon Mobil in the Asia Pacific, Europe, United States, and Latin America.

Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Sebastián and wishing him the best in this new journey with us.

Furthermore, we would like to inform you that Renato Fernández, Corporate Affairs Manager, will be leaving our company as of January 31, 2019, to pursue new personal and professional challenges.

We appreciate Renato's dedication to his work at Cencosud during these years and wish him great success in his new professional endeavors.

A suitable replacement for his role will be communicated in due course.
