Cencosud Brazil, registered as a Public Limited Company, has had to cancel such IPO process

It is reported that Cencosud Brasil S.A., having become a Public Limited Company through its registration with the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM), and as a result of the provisions of the current regulations in Brazil, considering the lapse of the suspension period of the Public Offering of Shares (IPO) timely informed, has had to cancel such IPO process in that country, being prepared to restart it when market conditions warrant it.

We remind you that by being a public limited company in Brazil, it is obliged, among other matters, to report quarterly to the regulator and the market about its financial results, maintaining permanent contact with potential investors and financial entities, all of which will allow to continue deepening in this way, the transparency that Cencosud has always promoted.
