Cencosud receives Municipal approval for its Costanera Center office project

• After receiving approval, Cencosud expects to begin leasing space in towers 2 and 4.
• The reception of the lookout located on the top two floors of tower 2 should be received in the coming days.

Santiago, July 2015.- Cencosud has received municipal approval for the first 15,000 m2 of the office tower in the Costanera Center complex. This space will be distributed between towers 2 and 4 of the Costanera Center project, depending on market conditions. With this approval, Cencosud has also obtained the authorization for an additional 300 parking spaces, in addition to the 3,000 currently in operation.

As part of this first stage, the company will allocate part of this leasable space for the opening of the Sky Costanera lookout on floors 61 and 62 of tower 2. The opening is expected in the coming days.

The leasable office space consists of open floors ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 m2. Among other features, the building has a standard slab height of 3.95 meters, an unprecedented ceiling height for an office building in the country.
