For four years we have been working with the RECA foundation (Red Empleo con Apoyo Colombia), focused on the inclusion in the workplace of people with cognitive diversity, and SENA (National Learning Service), which acts as a training entity. To date, 136 people have been hired to work as sales floor assistants in sections such as: Fruver, PGC, Textile, Cashiers and Bazar.
